Passcode entry into a communal garden gate with another passcode entrance to the main building and studio access, this is a very secure accommodation. Furnished by an interior designer, this is a modern and high spec property.

 

Close to all the amenities of Juan Les Pins, you will find shops, restaurants, and bars on your doorstep. Situated right opposite the famous Belle Rive Hotel, you can experience cocktails at sunset on the terrace or a sublime dinner in the one of the top restaurants in the region overlooking the stunning views of the côte d’azur and the sparkly meditteranean. About a 10 minute walk to the train station- adventures to Nice or Monte Carlo are all within an hour’s travel away.

 

As this studio is also nicely tucked away, you can enjoy the quiet location and a peaceful stay. With its own terraced garden, the perfect area for sunbathing and having BBQ’s, this is just as good for days in as it is for days out.
